IHG One Rewards Targeted Offer: 20,000 Bonus Points for Two Nights

IHG One Rewards has launched a targeted promotion allowing select members to earn 20,000 bonus points. The offer requires completing two qualifying room nights within 60 days of registering for the promotion.

To be eligible, members must receive an invitation and register their member number by the date specified in the invitation. Both qualifying nights must be part of a Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay, defined as a minimum one-night stay booked directly with IHG through channels such as ihg.com, the IHG One Rewards app, or an IHG reservations call centre. Stays must be at a Qualifying Rate with a total spend of at least $30 USD (or local equivalent) per night in eligible charges.

Award nights, Points & Cash nights, or paid nights with revenue less than $30 are not eligible. Bonus points are not elite status qualifying and may take up to six weeks to post to the account. This offer can only be redeemed once per invited member, for a maximum of 20,000 bonus points.

Opinion

A targeted bonus of 20,000 points for just two nights is an excellent return for those fortunate enough to be invited. Unfortunately, I haven't been part of the lucky group to get an invitation (or been eligible for any of the other targeted offers IHG has released lately).
