World of Hyatt has launched a new promotion allowing members to earn 3,000 bonus points for every three eligible nights, up to a maximum of 36,000 bonus points. This offer is valid for stays between 29 September and 15 December 2026, provided members register by 15 December 2026.
Key details
Stay dates: 29 September 2026 – 15 December 2026
Registration deadline: 15 December 2026
Bonus: 3,000 bonus points for every three eligible nights
Maximum bonus: 36,000 bonus points (requires 36 qualifying nights)
Eligible nights: Paid and free night awards count
Participating properties: Hyatt properties worldwide, participating Mr & Mrs Smith hotels, The Venetian Resort, and Homes & Hideaways (when booked through Hyatt channels)
A notable aspect of this promotion is that both eligible paid nights and free night awards (including those redeemed with points or free night certificates) count towards earning the bonus. Nights accumulate across multiple stays and hotels, meaning three one-night visits will qualify in the same way as a single three-night stay. Reservations made prior to registration will also qualify.
The promotion applies to participating Hyatt properties worldwide, as well as participating Mr & Mrs Smith hotels, The Venetian Resort, and Homes & Hideaways, provided partner stays are booked through Hyatt channels. Only the room occupied by the member counts towards eligibility, even if multiple rooms are booked under one reservation.
To reach the maximum bonus of 36,000 points, members must complete 36 qualifying nights during the promotional period. Bonus points are expected to post within two to three weeks following checkout and can be combined with other offers unless explicitly prohibited by those terms.

Opinion
This is a solid promotion from World of Hyatt, especially welcome given the inclusion of award nights. Earning 3,000 points back on award redemptions effectively rebates a portion of the cost, making point redemptions more valuable. The 36,000-point cap is generous for those with extensive travel plans.
