Opinion

Delta SkyMiles sales are less frequent than those from other US carriers, so this 50% bonus might catch some attention. However, paying 2.51 US cents per mile is a steep price for a currency with a low redemption value. While it might occasionally unlock a partner business class award at a reasonable rate, such instances are rare and require extensive searching.
