Wyndham Rewards launches quadruple points promotion

Wyndham Rewards has introduced a new promotion allowing members to earn quadruple points on qualified stays completed between 24 September 2026 and 19 January 2027. Registration for the offer is required by 15 January 2027.

The base quadruple points bonus is capped at 15,000 points per registered member. For example, a stay earning 2,000 base points would receive a total of 8,000 points (2,000 base + 6,000 bonus).

Additional bonus opportunities are available:

• Wyndham Rewards Earner Premier Cardmembers can earn an extra 10,000 bonus points when using their card to pay for two or more nights (either two one-night stays or one consecutive stay of two or more nights). The maximum total bonus for these members is 25,000 points.

• Other Wyndham Rewards Visa credit card members or Wyndham Rewards Debit Card holders can earn an extra 5,000 bonus points by using their respective cards to pay for two or more nights. The maximum total bonus for these members is 20,000 points.

• Wyndham Rewards Insider members can earn an extra 5,000 bonus points after two or more nights (either two one-night stays or one consecutive stay of two or more nights). The maximum total bonus for these members is 20,000 points.

Only one additional bonus (Card Bonus or Insider Bonus) can be earned per member. If a member qualifies for both a Card Bonus and an Insider Bonus, they will receive only the applicable Card Bonus.

To qualify, stays must be booked through a Direct Booking Channel, including wyndhamhotels.com, official brand websites, toll-free reservation numbers, directly with the property, or the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App. The offer is not valid at Super 8 by Wyndham hotels in Mainland China. Stays booked or consumed prior to registration, or those ending after 19 January 2027, will not count towards the offer. Free Nights, Discounted Nights with Points + Cash, and stays at Caesars Entertainment Properties, vacation club resorts, and vacation rentals are ineligible. Bonus points for the 4X Points Bonus and Insider Bonus are typically posted within two to four weeks after stay completion, while Card Bonuses may take six to eight weeks.

Opinion

This is a solid promotion for Wyndham Rewards members, particularly those who hold co-branded credit cards or are Insiders, although outside of the US, that's probably rarely the case. Quadruple points on its own is a good return.

However, the cap on bonus points, especially the 15,000 limit for general members, means this isn't a program for earning vast sums of points from long or expensive stays. It's best leveraged for shorter stays or for those who can hit the additional card/Insider bonuses.
