This promotion has been offered 2-3 times per year in various, slightly different configurations. The package provides Miles&More award miles at a rate of 1.56 euro cents per mile. While this isn't a bad rate, it's also not exceptional. Miles are credited to the Miles & More account within seven working days of purchase and are valid for three years.
In addition to the miles, the Prestige membership includes several elite status benefits: Hilton Diamond Status Match, GHA DISCOVERY Titanium Status, Jumeirah One Gold Status, and SIXT Platinum Status. All partner benefits are valid for one year from their activation.
To receive the miles, customers must provide their Miles & More membership number when purchasing their annual ASMALLWORLD membership. The terms of the partnership may be modified by Miles & More and ASMALLWORLD without prior notice.

Opinion
I purchased this package once about two years ago, when I didn't have GHA or Hilton status. At that time, it made sense in conjunction with the miles. This was especially true as it was then possible to find first-class awards via the normal Miles&More search.
Things are different now, but a purchase might still make sense if you need a large amount of miles quickly and have a specific redemption in mind. The dynamic pricing occasionally offers some good options for Miles&More awards.
