Qantas Frequent Flyer members can earn double Status Credits or double Qantas Points on eligible flights booked between August 26, 2026, and September 2, 2026, for travel from September 3, 2026, to August 15, 2027. Members must register for this offer.
Offer Details
Members must register via the Qantas App or qantas.com and select their preferred reward (either double Status Credits or double Qantas Points) by 11:59 PM AEST on September 2, 2026. Only one reward choice can be selected per member for all eligible bookings made during the offer period; this choice cannot be changed after September 2, 2026. If multiple passengers are in the same booking, each must register separately.
Eligible flights must be new bookings, marketed and operated by Qantas, with a QF flight number. This includes QF flights operated by Alliance Airlines, National Jet, Airlink, Eastern Australia Airlines, Sunstate Airlines, and Finnair for Qantas. Flights operated by other partners, including Jetstar, Emirates, and American Airlines, are not eligible. Bookings made using flight credits issued before August 26, 2026, are eligible if booked within the offer period.
Bonus Qantas Points are based on the Base Rate and do not include any status bonus. Bonus Status Credits count towards retaining or achieving membership tiers and Lifetime Status but do not count towards Loyalty Bonus, Platinum Bonus Reward, Platinum One Bonus Reward, or Status Accelerator/Challenge requirements.
Double Qantas Points or Status Credits will be credited within eight weeks after travel. There is no limit to the number of eligible bookings a member can make, nor a cap on the Status Credits or Points that can be earned from this offer.

Opinion
The ability to choose between double Status Credits for tier progression or double Qantas Points for future redemptions adds valuable flexibility. But probably the best thing about this offer is the extended travel period, stretching nearly a year.
